Management Team:

Peter F. Fox - President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Member of the Board.

Mr. Fox has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. (CHI) since he founded CHI in 1999. Prior to forming CHI, Mr. Fox served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Cargo International Airlines, Inc. (CCIA), an FAA certified Part 121 all-cargo air carrier he founded in September 1995. Prior to assuming those positions, Mr. Fox founded and managed Capital Management Corporation, an owner/developer of ramp-side cargo warehouse facilities, and Capital Cargo, Ltd., an airfreight consolidation/warehousing company. Mr. Fox has extensive experience in finance, logistics, cargo operations and information systems.

 

Todd A. Hunter, Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Hunter joined Cargo Holdings International, Inc. (CHI) as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2000.  During the previous eight years, Mr. Hunter was with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served both public and private clients in a wide variety of industries, including Capital Cargo International Airlines, Inc. since 1995.   Mr. Hunter received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with honors, and Master of Accountancy degrees from Florida State University.  He has been a Certified Public Account in the State of Florida since 1992 and is a member of both the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

George A. Golder, Vice President and General Counsel.

Mr. Golder has been the Vice President and General Counsel of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. (CHI) since January 2000, after representing CHI and Capital Cargo International Airlines, Inc. in private practice for nearly a year. Mr. Golder is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and the University of Michigan, and has been engaged in a corporate and business-oriented legal practice since 1986. Prior to joining the Company, he was a shareholder with the Orlando law firm of Zimmerman, Shuffield, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A.
 

Frank Visconti, Senior Vice President.

Mr. Visconti brings over 15 years of cargo aviation senior management experience to Cargo Holdings International. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Visconti was the President of Arrow Air; a Miami based FAA Certified Part 121 Air Carrier with $160 million in annual sales and 800 employees. Mr. Visconti also serves as President of LGSTX Services one of CHI's separate subsidiaries. Mr. Visconti is highly experienced in building, managing and restructuring business in the international logistics arena. Mr. Visconti has a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from Florida State University.
